Parental involvement is so important in young learners. Distance learning and remote IEP's are critical. Collaboration is the key to be able to create accommodations at home. When educators and parents sync there is positive goals set for the benefit of the learner.

To my mind, teachers always need to keep following different strategies to be flexible and outstanding professionals. Strategies for teaching and classroom management are the most important for me and the ones that are mentioned in this article are so relevant since they help us to keep a clear direction of the class and they also encourage us to teach our students how to behave and respect the rules that we establish in the classroom. Moreover, we can keep out classes organized thanks to these strategies.

These stratetiegies wil hel teahcer to pontenciate these studetns wit a high level, but also will help students that are struggling with their learning. This year has brought many changes to society, not only in the economical and political aspect but also in education and the social life. One of the populations most affected by this pandemic has been children. For adult people, understanding this type of situation is a bit easier, but how can you explain to a child that they cannot go out because if we do that we can get sick? At this stage of development, social interaction is a fundamental part of the learning process, therefore measures have been sought to ensure their continuity. This article represents one of them, the teaching of the reality that we are living through cartoons for children with autism that represent a population that requires a lot of attention and accompaniment. The work they did is simply beautiful and shows how much human beings can do to improve the society in which we live.

This is an interesting read. Sesame Street was one of the first shows to bring on a character who is diagnosed with Autism. Throughout all of this COVID crazziness this show has not only knocked down the wall of stereotypes but it helps kids with autism deal with the issue of mask wearing during covid.

Being a remote special education teacher can be challenging. Like the saying goes “It takes a village to raise a child”. We must be able to accommodate the needs for the children on digital platforms for the learner’s sake. Keep in mind that learning has no limits so we must take time to learn together. Choosing the platform that works best for your needs is crucial to be able to create professional opportunities.

When I think about myself as a future teacher, I always think about all the types of students I would face, and the ones that concern me the most are those who have special needs when learning.
A teacher should be really creative when preparing classes and he or she should always find the best strategies to boost learners' motivation in the classroom and out of it, especially for those who learn differently. This article has shed light on me since it gave me a useful guide that provides some apps and tips to help these special students during their learning process. These include apps for autist students and children with visual and hearing disabilities. I hope this would be useful for you too!

As teachers, we should be informed on the signs and several different characteristics of dyslexia that may appear in our students. By being able to recognize this, we can develop better strategies for our language learners and they won’t continuously think that they are failing at reading.
