Lack of exercise is the biggest risk factor for heart disease in women aged 30 and above, according to a study.
If all over-30s followed recommended guidelines on exercise, nearly 3,000 lives could be saved each year in Australia alone, say researchers.
More needs to be done to warn women of inactivity, as it outweighs other risk factors such as obesity, they say.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not against trying to find the good in a bad situation or, being an optimist. But believe me, there's absolutely no life lesson that I could ever want to learn at the expense of my daughter's health. Sometimes there is no upside, no matter hard you look, and the pressure to find it can leave the wounded party feeling even worse. At times, it feels as though society is placing the blame on the patient themselves. As if it's their fault that they're sick because they didn't have enough faith, hope, or some kind of higher connection with God.
